    Only to receive an instantaneous and very excited "YES!"

    That's a load of BS. I got married when I was 21...well it was 6 days before I turned 22...but leagally, I was still 21. My wife and I have been hapily married for over a year now.

    BS? As in you think I'm not giving you my truthful opinion? If you look at what I said, I stated it as an opinion not a black and white truth. Let me help you out by adding some bold text:

    So the only way this statement could be BS is if I was lying about my opinion, which I wasn't. Therefore, it's absolutely not BS. It's my truthful, honest to god opinion. ;)

    If you're questioning why I have this opinion, well, the statistics that have caused me to form it are pretty overwhelming. Of course there are exceptions to the rule, and plenty of young people who make it work. Hopefully you and Urithand prove to be among exceptions! Getting through the first year is great, congrats! But come talk to me in another 5 - 7 years. Most people change so drastically from their early 20s to their early 30s that young couples often find that they've grown incompatible.

    But anyway, I could go on and list statistics and such, but I won't. Let's keep this a happy thread, rather than a debate. My intent was to congratulate Urithand, while simultaneously throwing out a rather benign word of concern. Nothing worth turning into an argument.
