Had to take one of the cats to the vet today. When I woke up she was limping. The vet said she probably sprained something in her knee. :bad: Could have been a lot worse I guess. :rolling:

Basically a hot, sticky rainy day today. I felt like crap all day, and didn't get enough movement I think...

I had a cat recover once form and animal attack that shattered one of his hind legs. (We're pretty sure it was a coyote that attacked him) Be nice to kitty, and she'll recover fine.

ION, I am busy with two jobs and school. I remember when summer used to mean time off...

Oh I'm sure she'll be fine. Cats are remarkable heelers. We've had cats that have been shot, hit by cars, attacked by large dogs, and one even had a bookcase fall on it. They all recovered quickly and lived long lives. The one that was shot actually had 8 bullets under his skin for 6-7 years or so...the vet's xray showed that none of them had penetrated very deep, and he decided to leave them in...that cat just recently died of old age about 2 years ago.

In other news....I don't like when other people's music tastes rub off on you. I hate to admit it, but I'm starting to like a *few* R&B/Hip Hop song. When you have to listen to that stuff for hours on end, 4 times a week, some of it starts to grow on you. :bad: The only good I can see that these songs offer is to get the girls out on the dance floor. But whatever. :rolling:

I said I might be away from computers, which I am :(, so consider this a post from some different dimension :p.

(Or blame it on a loop hole in the exam schedule)

Decados: Well, people can still do the bell routine... and when they get tired of, get cured. Double benefits. :)

One bullet for each life would take 8 off its 9 lives. Yep, that seems sensible.

    I'm sorry. *slap*

    What were you working on?

I know *of* them, but I've never heard any of their stuff...and I'm not about to go out of my way to sample any of it. :p

In other news, my throat, neck, chest, and head all hurt from coughing so hard/much. I've been popping cough drops and Ibuprofen like candy...but with little effect. I need Prednisone and Amoxicillin to beat this damn bronchitis into submission...but I still haven't been able to get in to see my doctor. :bad: :rolling:

I seem to have burned away my feelings. For today at least and perhaps not entirely. We shall see...

The only medication I've taken in almost ten years or so has been antibiotics. Before that it was aspirin/paracetamol maybe few times IIRC. Oh, wait, I had some prescription painkillers in 2003, can't remember what they were though and they didn't even work. Not much help if you run while your tendons grate your kneebones.

    Beer might be fun...

    ...nah, don't feel like it.

Don't even feel like going to the zoo to spank the monkey.

But hehh, at least I can still have a few laughs about some things.

Or rather two repeated Black Opals.

In other news, I just got back from a public swim session at the local pool. Last time I do that- I shall be lane swimming next time. There are only so many times I can endure being kicked in the face and ribs by shrieking, splashing children before I give up in disgust.
