    Hullo, first post! :)

I recently felt like playing BG again but once I got to playing it was so slow that my ADHD just couldn't take it. Then I found the Faster Baldur's Gate mod which I tried to install. I followed the instructions yet there were no boots only the composite bow. Anyone else got problems getting this mod to work? If not could you write how you got it to work?
    Any help/info is greatly appreciated!

I never tried a mod to get extra boots of speed, but Tutu gives you the BG2 walking speed which would help some. Alternatively, you could use the CLUA console to cheat in extra pairs of boots.

As for me, I didn't even install the BG2 walk speed when I loaded up Tutu. I enjoy leisurely walking through all the maps. I bet it takes me longer than most to finish a game, too. :)

I'm not sure why it would be bothersome. EasyTutu is a breeze to install and it makes the game much more enjoyable (such as being able to actually SEE where you're walking).

But if you REALLY don't want to install Tutu, use the console to grab boots of speed. Type:

    CLUAConsole:CreateItem("Boot01")

only if he has bg2 loaded on his system Sir Carnifex.
Attle you can use Sword Coast keeper to adjust your speed & it is much easier than the mod you were trying to use. that is an older IEEP mod & a little tricky to get just right. On the SCK characteristics screen look at the very bottom it has a way to adjust movement rate just don't go too crazy or you will look like a quickling on meth.

Oh, yeah... I forgot that I could only do that because I have Tutu installed. :o
