    How did I manage to forget Death? :( He is great - and the reason I started reading Discworld in the first place (picked up Reaper Man by pure accident)

    Granny Weatherwax, Ridcully, Librarian. Everybody has their moments.

    Vimes would probably be a winner in the general character section - he is amazing overall.
    Luggage is just :D
    Granny has *the* best magic system I've ever seen, anywhere.
    Still, somehow, Vetinari wins.

    Probably not needed, but just in case...
    (The whole "hiding the poisonous candle, to avoid hurting Vimes' feelings as an investigator" is my favourite :) )

    Our damnable cat of 15 years has started peeing in the upcoming baby's room. AARRGGHH!!!:mad::mad::mad: We added new carpet about a month ago. It's like the cat knows something is changing, weird. It's my wife's, she had it since college. I told her if it does it again, it's right to Happy Wok! ... oh and over the next few days, don't order anything with meat at the Happy Wok near my house....:evil:

    Just spent 2 hours ironing so no doubt when Rob comes home he'll want to know why I haven't hoovered. If I'd hoovered he'd want to know why I hadn't dusted. If I'd dusted he'd want to know why I hadn't cooked. If I cooked he'd tell me that he didn't like it.

    Or he may just tell me what a good girl I am in a tone of voice that makes me want to claw his face off

    Once again, I've misplaced my cell phone somewhere in the house. Given the timeframe, it's probably out of battery by now.

    Happens every time I'm away from school for more then a week. I have no real use for it when I'm home and... never really miss it.

    Until, like yesterday, someone calls me at the house number, because I was no where to be found in RL.

    (Well, I was around the PC all the time, but they didn't check there. I have yet to misplace the PC.)

    I have a feeling there will be a few people gunning for my head when I do find the phone and check the messages... Better not look yet. It's fine being lost. :p
