    I am at work, and doing a side job working on two laptops while I'm here. One is simply an update & cleanup on an old Acer Centrino, the other is a Gateway that seriously crashed to the point it would not load the OS. The latter one I've logged about eight hours at this point because its recovery kept on hanging up. I've finally gotten it set back to factory default, got the garbage off, installed Firefox & OpenOffice, and am now making physical recovery discs. Oh, and made the childrens' accounts limited accounts, since it was in the hands of the kids when it started malfunctioning.
