When I read this I just had to post a thread. I mean, WTF? There is a lot of social commentary in this, but it's gotten to the point that it seems pointless to pontificate on the social ills that never seem to get any better. Judge for yourself:

Thanks for reminding to never buy Kebab in Russia. This is actually not very surprising, AFAIK GTA II actually has a mission with the Russian mob where your mission is to capture a bunch of people in a bus, take them to a hotdog factory to be made into food and then drive around with a hotdog-mobile selling the humanhotdogs to various people.

You would think that they would rather do something about homelessness and the crime problems, rather than annoy gamers. What? That would require more thought and effort?

Maybe they had some fava beans and a nice chianti, and were looking for someting to accompany them...

    (Sorry, I couldn't resist.)

I think Andrew Zimmerman should be on the next flight to Russia. Bizarre foods? Yeah, I think this tops the list. :skeptic:

Slghtly off topic, but who is this Jack Thompson guy, and what does he have to do with this? The only guy I know who has this name is a boxer, but he's long dead. I googled the name, and I also saw that there's an Australian actor named Jack Thompson, but I still don't see the connection.

Completely off topic, out east, there is a breakfast meat called "Scrapple". It comes in blocks that looks like Grey Matter, though it is very good deep-fried. I believe they put everything into it that they won't put into Hot Dogs. Yummy!:yum: This one time(No, not at band camp!) I bit into something a little hard when eating it, reminded me of biting my fingernails or a knuckle perhaps.

He is a loon, and he was brought up due to the GTA II reference of a similar happening.

I was thinking of the Jack Thompson that went to Washington State 30 years ago. The "Throwin' Samoan" set most of the NCAA passing records during his time in college before being an epic bust as the #3 NFL draft pick.

Oh yeah, knew the Boxer too, but that's it.

On topic though... yes that is weird. Very weird :D

    What? Weird?

I think this kind of mess is perfectly normal in Russia...
