    [​IMG] My DSA paid for a Toshiba tablet thing for me to take to classes - and it's literally unusable it's so full of crap :( As I'm on a computing course currently all lessons are in computer labs so it's not a problem this year

    I'm going to have to try and clear it out and see if I can do anything useful with it. The battery lasts half an hour tops and it freezes constantly so I'm not hopeful. The case provided for it doesn't fit the laptop in the first place and I had the wrong charger for it initially too.

    Also I've always viewed laptops as masculine and desktops as feminine :p Though the tablet is a bit androgynous I to me I must admit.

    They should put this issue to rest and just make desktops phallus-shaped and laptops vulva-shaped or vice-versa. ;)

    @Dice, I feel like we should be afraid for you. I hope you're being careful. (I deal with these sorts of issues fairly regularly so I'm being only slightly less nosy than it seems due to my 'professional curiosity,' lol.)

    The happy stuff strikes again.

    Now we have that week with thaw. You know wet snow and melting ice that freeze up in the night negating the salt on the roads. Now driving gets dangerous, no snow or ice to be seen, but a small film on the asphalt.

    Got up at 5am called in the cat, got moms stuff down, opened kitchen blinds. Looked around said something obscene, went back to bed until 10am or so. Ain't life grand before the first cup of the morning.

    Sleeping in until 10AM would be grand indeed. I can't remember the last time I got to do that.

    Mom has a bad time moving around when she first gets up so I get her blinds open and turn on the kitchen lights for her. I also get her meds out and put a glass of water down on the table. Getting her bowl and cereal down means she doesn't have to walk back and forth so much. As I listen at night to her O2 pump I tend to sleep in the am anyway and in the early pm so no problem! Besides her cat is an ass who wants in at 5 or 6am and will not use his cat door to come in for some reason. Moms stuff!

    Left early, still came in late, like half the other employees. They never fuss about being late as long as you doe your job.

    The Dutch roads are pretty good, possibly the best in the world.

    Aweseome start to the week: While I was walking to class, a vehicle slowed down beside me, The window rolled down, and a pretty young girl said "Hi!" Then she flipped down her tube top and showed me what most girls don't show complete strangers. Then the vehicle drove off! It was weird, but I took it as a piece of good luck!
