I just picked up PST this past weekend (9.99 for two games). I didn't play it when it came out because my equipment wasn't up to it. When I got my new PC, I played Ultima 9 (what a waste), BG2 + TOB, IWD, BG (ToTSC) -> BG2 (ToB), Civ 3, then Tropico (got it as a gift). All were fun except Ultima 9.
In that time (about 1.5 years) I have seen numerous posts by Extremist chastising people (including me) for not playing PST. This is the only topic on which I have only seen positive commentary from Extremist.
So I finally got it (whatta bargain) and am really enjoying it. I will probably avoid the forum unless I have a problem (so as not to be spoiled), until I have finished it once.
    Thanks, Ex.

    [IMG] Erm... *blush*

What's that other game in the package? If it's Soulbringer, don't even try to skip it! *glower*

That's the only Torment+something package Ex. Too bad it's not for sale at any online stores any more. :(
    Only used at Amazon...

That package seems pretty tough to find anywhere. Very few stores keep it in stock anymore, I am under the impression that BIS stopped the production of the game again.

Yes, Jack, this game is IMHO the best in the bunch and you should definitely play it through.

It used to tire my eyes at first...
maybe because the setting of Sigil has too much gray.
But then i got carried away by the plot and forgot all about it.
Definitely one of the best games i've ever played.

PS:T is the best IE game, period. The story is deep enough to drown in and you almost never get "stuck" anywhere.

Haven't played IWD2 yet, but so far, I strongly agree. IMO, the Planescape setting is arguably the best fantasy world setting of D&D, followed by Ravenloft.
