[IMG] i used names from LOTR, not very original, but it works. my personal favorite is my fighter/thief, Shadowfax, named after Gandalf's horse. next time through, i will make up names.

[IMG] I use names from D&D or LARP game I've played in. If you're using LOTR go to the back and read the list of kings. Lots of good names there or go on line and check a baby name site. Also lots of good names.

read any kind of fantasy series....terry brooks' Shannara series, david eddings has several good series; they have some good names for hundreds of character types. even if you don't like any of the names, the books are good

I just use classic fantasy names, like Gandolf, Merlin, Bilbo, Frodo, and stuff like that.
