[IMG] I've finished the game, but I never got round to making Nym pay for his evil crimes!
Does anyone know where to find the levitation boots and stuff that the swirnefblin are talking about?

    Thanks a lot,

    Lilac.

Well I managed to kill him easily - I thought there was a whole area that I'd missed, for which I would need those levitation boots and potions to reach it, but it was all a lot simpler. Off to Baldur's Gate II then!

    Thanks,

    Lilac.

Wasn't Nym a female drow merchant in the Gnome village? Don't kill her if you want her to enchant the ankheg (or was it umber hulk?) armor that you can have that other gnome make for you from the hides you gather. (The walkthrough mentions that the gnome, located in the village to the far right, will fashion armor from the hide but doesn't note that Nym will then enchant it for you; the armor is great for Druids). I didn't hear anything about boots of levitation, never needed them anyway. What would you levitate to? As far as I know, the game doesn't facilitate movement in the third dimension...

Nym is in the Gnome settlement, right as you enter, on the left-hand side. She has some good items, including a lot of arrows - so buy what you can and come back and kill her later at your leisure. She deserves to die for what she did. But don't kill her right off the bat. And kill her quick; she dimension doors away after the first round. A well-placed backstab should send her to the dust. That bitch!

[IMG] I don't know where everyone got the idea that Nym is a woman... Nym's a man. Sylvus had him listed in the walkthru as a woman too, funnnily enough. But I've fixed that a while ago...
