    i having truoble with this. i don't now why, but i give the broken sword to Jhonen. he gives me nothing, then i go back to elisia, then she gives a pearl. and disapears. i go back to Jhonen. nothing happens. and i still have the pearl. what did i do wrong? i really want this quest done, cause my drawf fighter what be Devastating with the sword!!

    but did you give the Pearl to Jhonen? it won't let me. is that what it should happen? and Elisia is gone? ( so far my bard is on lvl 4)( and im still in the begining) (lol)

    You get to keep the pearl. Later in the game, you will have the opportunity to get the sword back. The pearl is a reward.

    o i thought i had to give it to him.
    Does this site have a map of the last cave in Valley ofd the snakes??? soime trap is kept on killing my mages and i can't find where it is cuase my Fighter/thied has low
    trap find.

    Yes, there is a excellent walkthrough of the game on this site. You can find it here. http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/IWD/Walkthrough/index.php

    It has maps, quests and everything you will need to complete the game. But the game is more fun if you find the secerts yourself. I'd suggest only look at the answers if you are REALLY stuck or going back for a second time around.
