Crashing

    Remove all ads!
    It keeps crashing whenever i try level up my lvl8 fighter,
    the error is something like "object creation failed ***** ** ** ** ******"
    Only thing i can think of is that i have teambg xp cap remover?

    That should not have that effect. But, if you have HOW installed you do not need the XP-cap remover, HOW allows for up to level 30. Try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it wothout the XP-Cap romover and see if the same thing happens. You should not lose your save game files unless you delete them yourself, the uninstaller does not remove them.

    Ah well, if you use Dale Keeper extensively it could have ruined your savegame because it lets you make changes that don't work in the game. It has a feature that tries to correct it though. See if it helps.

    Heh, I just noticed you have 5 stars in Great Swords as a ranger. Drop it to 1 and see if it helps.

    [​IMG] I said drop it to 1, not 2. If you get an additonal star at level up, you can't already have two, you can only have one.

    Kind of an old thread, but what he did most likely was added some extra ability with DK probably from HoW...

    Like an extra tracker attempt per day, or something like that, and then when you level up you crash! If you edit your skills back to normal before leveling, and then level you should be OK...
