    [IMG] Hi!

Where I can find or buy a wand of monster-summon?

I did search the forum, and I have looked through the walkthroughs but I couldn't find anything..

    Thanks!

I think they're sold at the High Hedge, Sorcerous Sundries in Baldur's Gate, and you can find some in Durlag's Tower. I think there is one more in the map with the exit from the Nashkel mines that has all of the tombs--in the SE area of the world map.

I don't think they have any monster summoning wands at High Hedge. They have several types of wands, but that one isn't on the list. I'm positive you can get them at Sorcerous Sundries. They might have them for sale in Ulgoth's Beard, but I'm not entirely sure. It's one of those wands that you have to buy, as I don't think there are any that are aquired during the game after a fight, unlike the fireball wands, which you find several of in the course of your travels.

I found my first Monster Summoning Wand in the area mentioned by CamDawg (by the way AR5000), in a cave. It can be useful in many situations, especially while your party is low-level.

That wand is almost a gamebreaker. Both times I have played BS I have found and/or bought between 5 and 6 of them. Sarevok goes down easy with that thing. Also, I may be wrong but I am almost cetain that High Hedge DOES sell the wand(along with wand of the heavens and one other type).

Wands of Monster Summoning are very powerful indeed. Practically, you can win any battle which proves hard for you using these items.
