Going through IWD-HOW again

    Im going to go Try to beat HOW with Heart of fury mode one with only a Fighter and a...
    Humm Im not sure what i want my second last party member to be.

    Fell free to tell me what class you think he/she should be and give me ideas to make it harder. Im kinda bored waiting for BG2tob to come in the mail. That and to help get the IWD forum alive agian, is the reason im trying this.

    Don't you want a 'contact other plane' spellcaster in there somewhere? Or even a 'lower resistance'?

    Now, if you're going to be using the Killsword, that fighter/ranger combo might do the trick...

    If the killsword is an non-legit weapon im not going to use it. Humm a spell caster will help out in this. But he will die to often, so i wont go witha mage

    Try a multi fighter/cleric or a cleric/ranger then. In heart of fury mode, they should level up pretty quickly then. Both can fight well and you might need some extra healing power or raise dead power. Plus they can summon help. I'd do the ranger/cleric for their stealth if needed and a greater access to spells.

    [​IMG] How about a female thief/mage elf, who specialises in using daggers, bows and magic?
    Or possibly a fighter/mage who uses two handed weapons? Just a couple of ideas off the top of my head.

    Argh-- Ranger/Cleric or if you want to edit some scrolls in Gnome C/Illusionist...

    Have the Fighter rush any enemies, and keep them occupied while the C/Illus casts almost every spell in the game...

    Half a Cleric to Turn Undead is necessary, or you won't make it to Presio...

    BTW starting new and unhacked in HoF is very very hard to do... Just getting past the Orc Cave is d*mn hard

    [​IMG] I have failed you all =(. Having a 2 person party starting new in Heart of furry mode is impossible.

    Im am just going to do this:
    Use my 2 people from my IWD party and go though HOW in HOF mode.

    Its going to be my ranger and my Thief DCed into a mage

    Ill kept you updated on my new quest
