I'm stuck in Kresselack's tomb in the Vale of Shadow's. I've killed Mytos and Kresselack's ghost, but I can't seem to find my way into the mummy's room which is behind a secret door on the right.

    Anyone have a suggestion?

Let your thief find traps near the secret door. It should get highlighted once he finds it.
If you don't have a thief, just have your party members stand near it and they might detect it after a while.

Though mummy sure gives good XP; 3000 is pretty high at that stage; just be sure to have some mummy's tea ready, just in case OK?

    Slight Spoiler!

You need to get to the mummy's room for a key. Killing it is optional, but why not get the XP? :)

I do have a thief and I've searched that area with two different parties. Neither one has found anything. Does anyone know exactly where the trap/lever is that will open the secret door.

I usually dont get time to search even, i think tha some elf in the party automatically find it, or a dwarf might also work. They shold have some abiity to automatically detect hidden doors (elf) and hidden stonework (dwarf).

Is this right after Mytos? If so then it might just be a case of having to walk in the right direction. The shadows make it seem that the passage is to the south of where it actually is. Just pass you mouse carefully over the area and you should be able to go ahead.

Maybe you just have overlooked the split to the right.

After killing Mythos you can go north for Myrkul's sending or take a narrow path to the west or a narrow path to the east which passes the mummy room (west of the first pair of skeleton archers you meet) and leads to the next level.
