I am having trouble dualing fighter and druid. The class options are grayed out all of them. Here are the attributes:

    true natural
    str 18/74
    dex 12
    con 18
    int 6
    w 12
    cha 15

The last 2 are the minimum requirements for druid. But I don't understand why ALL the class options are grayed out?

To dual class, you need a 15 in the prime requisite of the "old" class, and 17 in the prime requisite of the "new" class.

In this case, a Fighter's PR is STR, and the Druid has two: WIS and CHA.

You don't have the stats for it.

You must have at LEAST 15 STR, 15 WIS, 15 CHA

17 WIS & CHA, actually, as Klorox [and kmonster] said, and you'd also have to be True Neutral to satisfy the druidic ethos.

The same kind of thing applies to your other options: you'd need 17 DEX to dual to thief, 17 INT to dual to mage, 17 WIS to dual to cleric, etc. That's why they're grey as well.
