    I have defeated all encounters on this level and have the control and golem rod and slide them into the coffin and then the helmed horror attacks me. I understand he is supposed to crash through the door to get to the wizard and level 7 wardstone. I have tried it invisible and he still attacks me. Have I missed something here?

    He didn't attack me last night, could it be that your character is the "wrong" alignment (ie evil)? That's the only thing that springs to mind.

    The horror definitely is not supposed to attack you - especially not because of your alignment. If you start the game with a certain alignment, you should damn well be able to end it with this alignment.

    The opening of the door worked fine for me every time, so I don't really know what the reason for your problem is, sorry. Did you try reloading an earlier savegame (i.e. one before you even entered the tower)?
