[IMG] We are playing HOrdes of the underdark at home in a LAN, two of us. To do that we're using that patch/crack of the teleport thingy.
Anyhow, when we were collecting the mirror shards on the island it so happened that collected 2 and my bf 3.
We can't talk to the Foul and I'm guessing it's because neither of us has the 5 shards. I cannot barter it however! I am stuck with the 2 shards and him with his 3 :S
What can we do? How can we transfer the shards to the other? Is there anyway of spawning the shards?
Please please help me come up with something, we're getting desperate!

Have you tried just dropping the shards on the ground and letting the other pick them up? That might work...

Dropping them is not possible. If I remember correctly. I remember having had problems with them, as I wanted to re-order my inventory and wanted to stash them away for that by dropping them into a box on the ground. They are undroppable. If you can't talk to the jester in multilplayer, then this is a by the programmers overlooked possibility and the game is more or less stuck there.

I of course might be wrong here.

But I think it's not necessary to do all 5 quests in the underdark to move to the 3rd chapter.

The game wasn't designed to be multiplayer, so it's not that the programmers "overlooked" anything. It's just that only one player is supposed to be there.

If they truly are undroppable, you'll have to cheat and spawn in the missing pieces for one of you to pick up if you want to complete this quest. It shouldn't be too hard to find the items using the toolset.

(Never mind, after going back and trying it again apparently I really was talking out of my ass. Mea culpa.)
