Holy Avenger?

    I seem to recal that i saw somewhere on these boards that it can be either a longsword or a greatsword. As you'd like it.
    I'm not 100% sure though :(

    The talking sword can be dagger,long sword or great sword if you select the right dialog options when you first speak to it.

    I don't think this is the case with Holy Avenger although I haven't actually seen it so I can't be sure
    .

    In SOU I think that the Holy Avenger is only a longsword. You get it during a slight diversion in the tomb of Kel Garras (sp). I don't ever remember there being any other Holy Avenger weapons, or any kind of option for it to be anything but a longsword.

    In BG2 there was Carsomyr +5, which was a two-handed sword, and I believe it was named Holy Avenger...

    In NwN I did not see any option to make the sword anything other than a longsword...
    Doesn't mean that it's a fact though... :hmm:

    [​IMG] I don't think there's a Holy Avenger in HOTU. You'll have to run a Paladin through SOU to get it. It's a longsword, by the way.
