Daelan's Ch 2 Quest

    Well, since I'm suffering from the "I must see and do everything in the game" syndrome (as many of you also do I suspect), and I still haven't been able to find the axe that Daelan's searching for at the end of chapter 2, I would ask that someone spoil me about the whereabouts of this axe :) I've obviously missed it somehow.
    Also, not that I'm really interested in his quests but, if I skip this one, is there anything worthwhile in his later chapter quests that I'll be missing?

    But uh, I guess that quest goes down the gutter then.. Cause I already finished that challenge and can't enter that place again as I recall :( I do remember killing a dwarf but I must've overlooked his inventory.
    So.. the second question of my initial post takes effect :p
