I created a fighter that would become a wepon master with the Katana. I only put 10 points into inteligence. Its for Shadows of Undrentide, and i just got into the Gnoll place, and i realized I cant get Expertise until I have 13 intel. I cant get whirlwind attack until i have Expertise, and I cant become a weapons master until i have both.

Are their any circlets or any items that can boost ur inteligence? How high of a lvl do you get in SOU anyway?

If their arent any items that boost intel, are their any trainers that would allow me to addd to intel, but also take off other abilitys, so i dont feel like a complete cheater?

Every 4 levels you get one point to add to your ability scores. By 12th level you could have your 13 INT.

I don't recall items that permanently boost ability scores, but it's been a while so I could be wrong.

Anything that gives you a temporary boost (e.g. while equipped) are not counted when you go to choose feats that depend on a certain level of an ability score.

:( Sorry, Taluntain's right. Didn't mean to give an overcomplicated solution.
