I have the neverwinter nights game, but without the expansion. I used to play nwn but i found it quite boring..

But now there's this new expansion and I'm wondering if it's nicer than the original one. And what are the new aspects of the game? I didnt really like the original one..

So whats new with the expansion and should i get it?

No, but it is a very good idea to have a high level character.

That said, I'm actually finding SoU to be quite enjoyable (then again, I actually kind of liked the original campaign). You could always play through that one.

If you've got a weak PC, don't bother with HotU.

    Doesnt matter much.
Pretty much everyone who completed the original campaign (not me :p ) ended up with a lvl20 char.
So if you begin HotU with such a char its even more easy than it already is.

The other option if you start HotU with a new guy, you instantly get enought xp to level to 15th level. And that's completely enough. :thumb:

If you play through it with the expansion installed you can. The classes are available in all the campaigns as are the new feats, skills and spells.

The requirements for Preasige classes are written at their description in the game each time you level up.
If you want to make one you just choose a different class at level up. As if you were making a multiclass.
Epic level characters are those that have gone beyond lvl20.
