[IMG] Why i say that? cos everytime someone enters the chatroom that doesn't have a twig and 2 eggs, everybody (well mostly everybody) bows to that type of person...namely females especially between 2 in particular, Kitiara & Darien.

Why? I mean, they are with people. they had little edibles running around screaming "Mommy Mommy! That Sniper man bit me! Boohoo"

I mean, its like if we don't parade around them and shove our arses in the air we'll get eaten by them or something!

So i ask you ... why? why do you do it? Why endanger your lives by following them? Man! And don't give me the old "we're just playin around" line cos i know! I know the truth! Some of you are diehards! You headbutt the computer screen everytime somemale enters and they get a smooch or a pinch on the bum offa the females! I know the truth! :D :D :D :D :D but why i ask you? why?

I am single. But that is not the reason.

I do it because I CAN.

 This is truly weird. I thought I was the only one on the face of the earth that used that phrase. My friends hate me for saying that. You forgot the TradeMark sign :p

As Dargon said, many of us have nothing to lose. Lives are a rare commodity, and not something everyone has. I think the real question here is "Why are all the females I know of on the boards either 11 or married with children?"

How could we not all be married? You see how men react to women who game... ;)

No kids in my house though- unless four-legged furry ones count.

Must we always bring up this being single topic? I don't like it. Makes me think I'm too much of a computer geek.

  13. Mollusken, you aren't the one who begs her dad to let her play on the computer just to chat with her friends. Oh yeah, Ironbeard, what about those 2 other girls...whats-their-names...Tazmin and Tiamat, they are not 11 or married with children.

well Mollusken You are not a computer geek. Don't worry a computer geek would have spent 15000 NOK on a computer. not 9000 as You :p

But if you add the hard disc and the cd burner which I allready have, and a nice monitor which perhaps will come later, I will go above 15K without problems.

But I don't have to beg to chat :D

  16. It's not *my* fault my mom likes to gossip until 10pm with my grandma! Besides, I asked him to go home at 8pm...a reasonable time, 1 and a half of computer time. damnit my dad still thinks I'm 8 and 9pm is my bed time. grrr

As Sir Dragorn said, well I am a big trekkie and love D&D so does that mean I am totally screw up?

Everybody always make fun of the trekkies (just watch the Simpsons or any sit-com) and everybody thinks Star Trek is for nerds. Well, I am not at all a nerd, I don't look like a typical nerd and don't act like a nerd. So, I take what Dargorn said as a big insult. I know other trekkies that aren't nerds (is Kitiara a nerd? she likes Star Trek too) so it is just a stereotype.

Conclusion: Neither D&D nor Star Trek is a nerdy pursuit.

I agree with silverblade. Not all D&D fans are geeks, although I do know some that are :) . on all accounts I believed I was s total geek until recently when I realised that I really dont look or act like one. and anyways, my GF says Im not a geek and her word is law ;)
