When I talk to William R. (can't remember his last name) he says that "the room behind" him is mine. Well, since he is standing to the southeast of the big hall, it would seem that the room behind him is another, smaller hallway that leads to the second exit from the Radiant Heart. There are no beds, no chests--nothing but sculpture or vases, and a painting. Is that really the room I'm supposed to have?

It won't let me rest there. Also, if I leave anything in that room, it is gone by the time I come back.

What kind of lousy stronghold is that?

[IMG] Young Manthon, thou shalt know that the most noble path of the paladin is hard and full of deprivation. The duties leave no time to rest in comfort, Torm is a demanding master. So be wise and follow the advice of a fellow paladin!

Know that at least the order offers a safe storage room for his trusty warriors. Your equipment will be safe there, guarded by the watchful eyes of your fellow paladins from the most noble order of radiant heart.

Paladins, devoted to duty, don´t complain and mourn. Discomfort is part of our duty and as of noble descent we can afford to rest at an inn at need.

    Good Sir Donaldus:

But my possessions are NOT safe. They are filched by knaves in my absense, or else spirited away by the Order's officious cleaning service.

I ask, good sir knight: am I using the true and correct room? Is it indeed the small hallway leading from the southeasterly wall of the main hall, to the outside? Or hath I gone wrong in this, and placed my goods where they belong not?

Please, if thou hast the answer, share it with thy fellow warrior for the righteous cause.

    Dear Sir Manthon,

as a fellow paladin I know about the hardship of the adventuring years quite well. I feel the strain even more since I am a halfling. I must indeed be disappointing to loose items earned in the face of danger.
The room I use to store my equipment is not the sleeping room for the acolytes. Thanks to Sir Ryan Trawl´s strict reglement the cleaning service there is near to excessive. I recommend to try the *storage room* oin the right side of the building, close to the passage to the second entrance of the building. A few chests there offer more than enough space for the equipment thou wilth earn during your crusade.

    Sir Donaldus II., halfling Cavalier
