    I'm guessing only those of you from the UK will have any interest in this, but still :).

    Basically, I'm considering going to the Reading Festival this year with some mates - the line up is awesome, but it's £90 to go for the three days. So basicall, what I want to know is: has anyone else here been to the Reading Festival before, and was it worth the money?

    Well I didn't actually go to the Reading festival, but I went to the Leeds version of it, which is exactly the same (organisers, line-up etc). £80s a lot but unless you intend on taking a whole fridge with you, you'll need a lot more than that. It was £3.50 for a burger when I was there, plus the beers not exactly inexpensive. However, the atmosphere (minus the riots on the last night :p) was amazing. It's definitely worth it.

    You can work at the festival, get paid and see all the bands free, get free food, get a safe place to camp etc...

    Its not the best job though, you will run around for 12 hours a day putting out peoples tents which are on fire...

    Looks like a good lineup though - makes a change ;)
