3E question, Damage done when dual wielding

    I found out that the dammage was done with the "other" hand in dual wieilding was only 1/2 but does it apply to Ambidextrious character too?

    In most situations, you halve the strength bonus (if any) when rolling for damage with an off-hand weapon. This applies even with the Ambidexterity/Multidexterity feat. But I'll bet there's a prestige class out there that negates this.

    Actually, in one of the supplemental handbooks (I believe it's The Quintessential Fighter from Mongoose), there's a feat for dual-wielders that allows you to ignore the halved Strength bonus for your off-hand weapon.
