For my next game I think I will make my main char a Psion (I'll just give him all the Mind Flayer abilities)

I'd also like to have a Half Dragon

Shadowkeeper is great for doing stuff like this

Does anyone else have other cool char ideas?

 

a cambion could be enjoyable, or mabey giving one of your chareters the Pirate avatar (Arr!) Perhaps making an Elemental Savant (Give em powers like Magama Ball or Red Dragon Breath)

Oh, dude! You know what would be, like, a really cool idea? A drow ranger! And, he, like, would totally dual-wield scimitars. Oh, and he has to have, like, a panther companion. That would soo rox0rz!.



Without SK, it kind of limits unusual characters. No gnomish Paladins, no half-orc wizards. Pity. I have no idea if you can do that with SK or not.

 

You can do that

 

Here's some ideas:

1. A Half-Beholder.
2. A Chameleon (Shapeshifter, with loads of shifting options).
3. A Goblin (too see how difficult it is to be weak and stupid at the same time).
4. A Half-Golem (kind of like Frankenstein).

 

Here's a couple, just off the top o' me noggin':

A wereshark - use a Sahuagin avatar

Here's a cool one: Ghandi! Use the peasant avatar, the one used for the bum in the skinner quest.

For a monk, you could use the hooded library monks.

Ellisime has a unique avatar as well.

Don't know if these are any good or not...

 

Half dwarven/half elven. The total outcast.

 

How about a half-drow/half-doppleganger? He/she could shapshift into other beings, but for only a limited amount of time.

Make a Half-orc/Half-goblin paladin or an elven barbarian.

 

Half dwarf/half elf = gnome!

A Nymph might be cool to play. Mage with TONNES of domination/charm/confusion/etc. spells to throw. Fun

 

Anyone has idea how to make a mind flayer character with Shadowkeeper? That would be fun. Lots of psionics and tentacle attack (brains, brains...)

Nymph sounds also good. Especially when you find a good portrait

 

Wait! I got it!

A half-drow/half-orc!

It would look just like the orcs in the Lord of the Rings books! Sauron would be pleased!

 

A Drider ofcourse!

 

I insist in my idea: half orc/half goblin paladin.

 

Seriously, an half-medusa could make the game play interesting, or an succubus/incubus.

how do you create things like that on SK all i can do is the basic raising the stats and giving new equipment

 

Change appearance to whatever creature you wanna be then add innate abilities.
