    Nope, you don't have to do the Watcher's Keep quest yet. You can just talk to the female cleric on top of Watchers Keep and she will sell it to you. You can postpone doing the quest as much as you want.

    You wont get the heart of the damned until towards the end of TOB. Dont be concerned with it.

    I think you get it from the lich in Sendai's Lair in ToB...that is like after 3/4th of the game is over...but seriously...Short Sword of the Mask is great!! Good choice :thumb:
