Will he betray you? When Yoshi betrayed me back in BG 2, my only choice was Imoen wich really didn't fit well in the party, especially as I had no equipment to give her. The result was I had to go back in order to purchase equipment for her, and do Brynn law again. :(
As it will cost a lot to make Sarevok, a good replacement for Cernd, it would suck if
he isn't going to be a permanent party member.

  2. I may not like NPCs but I'm not clueless about them either. Sarevok stays with you for good if you don't kick him out, or if he doesn't blow up to pieces which makes him unressurectable.

  4. Probably, I'm not known to have NPCs in my party.

[IMG] No although he did complain (often), rep was 20 and we did things in Saradush to get more rep points (i.e. rep was 20 when we got him, we did things in Saradush to quote "gain 1 reputation point" thus giving him a chance to realize "Heh I'm in a party with 20 rep" but not going over 20 because you can't) and still he complained but stuck with me to the end.

I don't think so, I was able to complete the game just fine with him by my side till the end

i was able to complete the game without him betraying/leaving as well.
Then again i had a completely evil party with reputation always 6 or lower. Ironically i heard comments of satisfaction from him every once in a while...

[IMG] I played thru with a "good party", never had a problem with Saravok save occasional complaints, and scuffles with other party members. I don't think that he would leave, even under overly "good" circumstances.
