Viconia Alignment Change question

    I've recently started playing ToB and currently in a romance with Viconia. I already killed Yaga-Shura and told her that the carnage was wrong after the battle. When she asked if I wanted her to change and said yes, she responded that she couldn't and retained her evil alignment.

    My question now is when does her alignment shift to True Neutral? I had only talked with her once before battling Yaga-Shura and it was before going to the Forest of Mir. Did I miss out on something to change her alignment? I hope my efforts for her to change is not in vain.

    I think you need to make right dialogue decisions in ToB romance dialogues, only if you have done everything perfectly (or near-perfect) than you can redeem her. There is a perfect guide here on SP, so look for it.

    I think you should have 2 talks with her before the destruction of Saradush. I had one with her in Saradush, and then another in the Marching Mountains (after seeing her brother as a Wraith). I think this one is critical, because she asks you how it feels to be a Bhaalspawn, and you MUST say you don't like it.

    If you missed that second talk, this is probably the problem.

    Thanks very much guys. Your guide was especially helpful Felinoid.

    I noticed after reading it that I missed out a lovetalk dialogue by resting before fighting Yaga-Shura. Thankfully I don't have to backtrack far to fix it. Its going to be a pain to kill Yaga-Shura and his army again though.

    Just be thankful that you do not have Improved Yaga-shura battle from Ascension my friend....That WAS a fight! :eek:

    In my game, Viconia didn't change until I was in Balthazar's city (whatever it's called), and personally I thought it was kind of anticlimactic for all the work i did trying to act all goody goody :p

    BTW Ascension mod improvements on the battles make the game like 10000x better in my opinion :) A true challenge
