anyways i took them head on, and the little fool mazed my fighters(how do i get them back and wat stops this), well i didn't mind to much, i took the fighters all out around the halfling mage and start to cast, breach, remove magic(that my main to dispellears i don't have warding whip or ruby ray of reversal :( ) i notices that he wasn't taking my magic missel dmg or fire arrow dmg why?(wat protects makes him immune), and wat do i use to strip him of these immunes

Maze is a Conjuration spell. So Spell Immunity: Conjuration should stop it cold. At any rate your fighters should get back after a little while. Chars with higher Int emerge from the maze early while Minsc would have a hell of a time

Perhaps he is protected by the spell Protection form Magical Energy. Also most such magical damage spells are from either Conjuration or Evocation schools and Spell Immunity could stop them too.

When I'm in there I just send my thief in to backstab him cold. He is a load of headache otherwise.

I usually do that after I've done Windspear Hills so I'd have Keldorn with Carsonomyr. 50% Magic resistance and hes basically immune to all the spells that the little demon casts, and then he can drop a few Dispell Magics and thats all folks.

Stand off and shoot them full of holes!

Maze does not seem to work from long range.
A monster summon and a few offensive spells is sufficient to clobber most of the fighter types so your fughters and thieves can let loose with range weapons.

Try an invisible mage with Sunfire ready. Meanwhile, your support mage can cast "Greater Malison".

Anomen is handy here, with his third level priest spell, smite Eeeevil. :)
