A bug? NPC appears to be busy!

    I've encountered this severeal times and it's annoying the living hell out of me. Basicly the NPC who SHOULD talk to me just responds(or the game does) "NPC appears to be busy and has nothing to say to you" or something like that.

    Most recently it occured to me when i just had gotten the dagger from that traitor guy to mae'val and when im trying to complete the quest.. he is busy. Somtimes re-loading helps, but not this time.

    BTW. Renal Bloodscape didn't respond to me either at this particular game. Does somebody have similiar things happening?

    EDIT: Oh and forgot to mention, im running only Dungeons-Be-Gone mod and TOB is installed.
