Favorite class to roleplay?

I've tried to roleplay just about every class and I have to say, my absolute favorite class to roleplay is the Bard.

Right now I'm playing a NE Bard that pretends to be a good guy, but then he either robs you or kills you for the fun of it.

He'll listen intently and appear to sound very concerned about your kidnapped wife, but then when he finds her and kills the roughians that took her, he returns her to her husband, only to rob them shortly after.

He is a habitual liar and BS artist and his name is Tad Disengenuous.

Let's hear about your favorite class/character to roleplay. And please, no stats and item lists, this post is about the character, not what he/she is wearing/wielding.

My character is a paladin who feels himself unworthy of his class due to his heratage
Name:Athern

 

multiclass elven fighter/thief - he fights, he disarms traps, he hides in shadows, he uses items meant for other classes and he casts spells from scrolls - try one today, theyre great!

 

It's kinda tough to REALLY roleplay in BGII as you dont make up what you want to say, There is this list you can choose from and that doesnt leave that much room for roleplaying. But anyway i like the Chaotic Good DC Fighter/Thief, like a standupper who fights and steals, except from people who laughs at his jokes. Or the neutral good ranger who can count the times ,he said more than to sentences in a row, on two hands. (aka silent fella (a little like Kivan My all time favourite))

 

I agree with Shadow_Thief. Monks and sorcerers are the funniest.

 

I prefer playing a F/M/T - someone who couldn't decide what he wanted to do. Heredity blessed him with a large muscular body - so the guy began as a fighter kind of naturally. After a girl broke his heart and left him for another guy, my guy stole into the lothario's house and left behind a "vial of noxious substances" - thus beginning his career as a B&E kind of guy.... All this skulking around made my F/T realize that he wasn't just a big stupi lug, so he began to apprentice with Komodus the Magnificent Magician in a circus.... A few years passed before my guy came to the conclusion that the student could teach the teacher a few lessons - much to his regret after futzing up a potion of explosions and losing two fingers.

So, at age 45, my guy, Stupidimous Puere, is now a F/M/T, galavanting around the world trying to figure out why the Gods have blessed him with only 51 cards in his deck, 2 thumbs but only 6 fingers, and how he is gonna finally meet up with "his woman." That last is an idea he inheroted from his latest traveling companion, a rather large oaf who travels with a really smart hamster (with a liking for cheezwhiz).

i have from BG1 a paladin, who's an inquisitor like character (though he has the cavalier kit) kill everything "evil" in the name of justice and goodness. He doesn't use to think too much...
