The only classes useable are: Fighter, Ranger, Paladin, Monk, Barbarian. And all kits of those classes. What would be the most powerful party? You decide.

    Mine is:

    Kensai,
    Inquisitor,
    Monk,
    Berserker
    Wizard Slayer,
    Archer.

Wizard Slayer and archer wield bows, and shoot at enemy mages,

    Kensai duelwields longswords and katanas,
    Inquisitor Wields Carsomyr,
    Monk wields fists,
    Berserker wields Two handed swords.

Alternatively you could have the Wizard Slayer wielding The Answerer(that's the weapon that causes spell failure and armour class penalties isnt it) alongside somthing like the Axe of Unyielding. And because of my playing style i hate level drain with an absolute passion so i'd try and have every party member that i could wielding a decent weapon that protects against it so i'd have someone using hammers for Rune hammer, someone with scimitars for Spectral Brand, katanas for Hindo's Doom(i know it protects from all forms of Death Magic but im not sure if level drain counts) longswords for Angurvadal and i think thats bout it

The reason i chose to have the wizard slayer wield a bow is because, Fire, acid, poison, gets thru stoneskin IIRC, and arrows of dispelling...

Yeah that and the fact that depending on your bow and the proficiencies you chose you can get a lot of hits in a small time that all cause %Spell casting failure.

And that no matter what, it seems casting failure affects the enemies... Even for Prot magic weapons!

    I would have:

    Inquisitor
    Wizardslayer
    Archer(crossbows)
    Archer(shortbows)
    Berserker
    Kensai

In my experience, Archers can get rid of enemies much faster than any other tank. But, because I need a human wall up front, I have four VERY adequate tanks up front.

Needless to say, this party is overpowered to the extreme.

Doubt: Dual classing is not allowed to Thief? Just for ONE character? I won't backstab I promise... :p

    Overpowered?
I don't think this party is more overpowered than pretty much any six character party. Lacking mage and clerical spells (except for a few lower level clerical ones and what the Inquisitor brings) is the reason.
Sure, an all warrior party will get through it without many problems, but my point is that so will any other party.

    I'd go for the following:

    Barbarian
    Inquisitor
    Kensai
    Monk
    Archer
    Archer

If you count the Swashbuckler as a warrior (I would have), then I'd replace one of the Archers with him.

I don't like Wizard Slayers much, and I find that having an inquisitor and an archer kills mages faster than any WS.

    I would choose
    Archer
    Beast Master (animal summoning)
    Inquisitor (dispell magic et al)
    Stalker (spells, backstab)
    Archer
    Archer
    Monk (cast cleric spells)

This I feel gives you the largest range of spells for an all warior party, also you will not need six sets of full plate armor to keep the AC of all char. low.

    Here's my suggestion then.

    Inquisitor
    Inquisitor
    Cavalier
    Stalker - scout, backstabber
    Archer - sniper
    Barbarian - rage, speed

I take two Inquisitors in order to have a back-up in case one gets incapacitated by some spell.

Paladins get level 4 cleric spells (Rangers only get level 3), but since the Inquisitors get no clerical spells I include a Cavalier. The cavalier is immune to fear and can cast Resists Fear on the rest. He is also the only one in this party with Turn Undead.

Barbarian is better than a single class Berserker

    @Kemkon, Faraaz and Ziad
Why take a Kensai? It's not like you need more meleeing power in this party.
Also in normal parties you can take care of the bad AC by casting Spirit Armor on your Kensai. You can't do that here.

    @Stu
    You've listed seven characters!
I don't see the need for animal summons or any low level summons in a party that consist entirely of warriors. If you ever should need a summon you can for example use the Horn of Valhalla or Spider Figurine. Later on the paladins get Summon Deva.

Monks casting cleric spells? What?

"Wizard Slayer and archer wield bows"

I thought the wizard slayer's special capacity only affected mages in hand to hand combat...

No it makes not a whit of difference wether it is long range or melee. However depending on the bow and proficiencies you can get more attacks out of long range without getting close enough to get yourself into trouble so it makes sense to have more hits for more percentage spell casting failure with less chance of injury

    @Earl Grey
Right, I had forgotten about the lack of armor for the Kensai. I included it because of the insane amounts of damage he will be doing at high levels, and if used properly he doesn't really need good armor. Though I admit using him "properly" would be more difficult in an all-warrior party.
Right, then drop one of the Archers and replace with a Stalker. Casting Improved Invisibility on him should give the Kensai an easier time. Besides, backstabbing is wicked.

If a wizard slayer's special ability works at range (I didn't know it did!), I'd have him put ***** in dart!

That should be about 6 attacks/round at level 13+!!!

    Wizard Slayer
    Inquisitor
    Archer
    Monk
    Cavaleir
    Berserker

I prefer bows, because of arrows of dispelling.

-Did you know, Wizard slayer effect stops special abilities?

Dart is fine but it has a relatively short range and lacks the variety of arrows.

WizardSlayers special ability to cause spell failure DOESN'T work with ranged weapons. At least in my games. I've tested that with bows, darts, throwing axes and daggers and it doesn't work.

I would create the same party as Earl Grey, but with one difference. I would lose one of the two inquisitors in favor of an Undead Hunter. It would give me a little bit more in the way of clerical spells, and would give me a better turn undead.

    My party:

    Inquisitor
    Cavalier
    Monk
    Archer
    Barbarian
    Kensai

I take a Kensai because I have four tanks in the party so I don't have to worry about his AC. Give him Boots of Speed and a two-handed weapon so he can flank the enemy after the tanks engage or hit from behind the front lines.

I don't really believe in the efficiency of archers in bg2. in BG1, archers were deadly (considering 20hp was already a high number). But in BG2, I think the enemies have too much damn hp, AC and spell protections for archers to be really effective. but that's just MOO (my own opinion, hehe).
