Trolls dying TWICE!

    [​IMG] I had the Tactics Mode 'Streamlined Trolls' I do not know what it does but I have asmall bug with them.

    When I cast a good old DEATH spell on a troll bunch, they aparently die, their souls left via animation and I receive the XP. However they still have the red circles under them saying 'DEAD' and they just lay down. I damage them with anything (not only fire or acid) and they die AGAIN and I do receive the XP AGAIN! Why?

    This SOMETIMES happens in melee combat too! Trolls just die twice and I get double XP. Not that I am complaining but still....

    Do you now the cause and how can I fix it? OR is it what TACTICS do to trolls? What does Tactics mode do to the trolls anyway?

    Its the Spirit Trolls and Spectral Trolls that benefit from this. If you inflict so much damage beyond 0 (e.g. -20 or something) before its had a chance to 'play dead', you'll get this effect. There's ways around it. One is to keep whacking it with the Vorpal Sword and chances are it will miss its saving throw and die permanently. Other ways elude me it at the moment ... :hmm:

    Those Spirit Trolls are worth 24000 xp per pop I think...why would you want to fix it? :D

    Umm not sure I really want to fix it, just wanted to share with you if it is a common bug. Thanks anyway! BTW Spirit Trolls are really cool! Good idea!

    Crom Faeyr kills ALL trolls? I remember it did NOT kill a single species of troll, was it Spirit or Spectral? (I guess Spectral) Is it bug or normal(they have the immunity?)
