Are there time limits while you do the tasks for Bodhi, similar to the Ust Natha quests? I'd like to get a couple other things done before leaving for Brynnlaw.

I just got done workingfor Bodhi. It didn't seem as if I had any time limit. He was how I did it... Anomen had not yet faced judgement by the Radiant Heart, and would have hated to be somewhere where he couldn't go to be judged, like Brynnlaw or in the Underdark, so I played it like this...

Took Bodhi's quests one by one up to the final one, to kill Aran Linvail. We completed that quest and killed Aran, but did not report back to her until I finished all the side quests I wished to, and Anomen faced his judgement. THEN we went to Bodhi, who had the ship to Brynnlaw waiting. It worked perfectly, and should for you too.
