    yep its a ToB char, basicly its a mage that when (s)he casts a spell there is a 5% chance that the spell will have a wild surge and have an added side affect or go wrong completely

    He's the way all mages should be!

    Its boring to always have predicted comanded outcomes. Casting with a normal mage just isnt that interesting. :D
