I'm posting here because I'm doubly confused about sexing with Aerie.

Most places I read that you should *refuse* to shag her, but on the Sorcerer's Place romance guide it suggests that you can, as long as you choose either one of the bottom two responses in the conversation after the hanky panky takes place.

It's been a while since I've played BG2, but the last time I did I remembe I "did" Aerie, which led to her becoming pregnent. I'm not sure if her baby comes into TOB or SOA, though - if the former is the case, then I know that I didn't ruin the romance by, as she delicately puts it, "moving too fast".

However, if I don't **** her in SOA, then how does she get pregnent in TOB? Am I supposed to have done the deed in between the two games?

Also, all this has happened and it's still only chapter two - my memory is fuzzy, but I thought the romances lasted the whole game. Is that right?

Sorry to bombard you with questions, but, as you can probably tell, I'm rather boggled by this.

I think the duration of the romances is determined by the amount of time you actually have Aerie in your party. If you just leave your party standing around all day, the dialogs trigger automatically, unless its something which requires a special event to occur.

About sleeping with her, you are supposed to say no...and then later on, you get to do it anyway, only, this time, the romance doesn't terminate, like it would the first time.

You have to refuse her in SoA. The other half of the romance can't be discussed here.

Ah, okay thanks... I pressume I can fix everything by resetting the value via the console, yah?

On edit: Okay, so now I've done CLUAConsole:SetGlobal(“LoveTalk”,”LOCALS”,45) into the console and made Aerie think that I never slept with her. Now if only I could do that in real life...

The weird thing, though, is that I swear I did that in SOA and still got a baby in TOB. Maybe that was a bug, or maybe you *can* have sex with her the first time. Hmm.
