I'm about to play trought this game for like the 3000 time and im going för a sligth different party than i'm used to. Usualy i play a fighter heavy party and use magic only for buffing, healing and similar, so i thougt i would try to focus on magicusers and clerics. The party will consist of:
    Svante (imported from tutu) Swashbucker
    jaheire
    Nalia/Imoen
    haer´dalis
    cernd
    anomen

    Whats your thougts of this??
    sorry for crappy English

    Jaheira, Haer'dalis, Cernd, Anomen,
I don't think you'll switch your focus to magic with 4 tanks in your party and a PC class which can also be used for tanking.

    @ kmonster

Youre probably rigth but i dont feel like rushing things ;) . Usualy i play with 5 straight forward tanks and jan jansen so this will be quite different to that anyway. And my usualy playing style is to wade straigth into melee with all i got and i think i have to change that tactic a bit.. anyways with cernd and Haer'dalis.

If you want to concentrate on magic (rather than tanking), and if you want Cernd in your party, then I strongly recommend that you install Auramaster Druid Kit. The mod will change Cernd's kit to an Auramaster for you. He will be a much more efficient spellcaster (but weaker and less efficient in hand to hand combat).

I would recommend swapping Nalia/Imoen for Edwin, unless you want Imoen for RP-reasons. If your primary mage can use a bow, you might find yourself shooting arrows more often than casting spells, at least if you are more of a fighter-type of player. And you really don't need their skills as thieves if your PC is a swashbuckler. Edwin will have more spells per day, and can't use a bow, so he would be a better choice for you I think.
