Who the **** is Herbert??

    I am currently playing BG2 TOB with Ascension installed. I am through to the final battle and am now trying to sever the connection to the essence pools. Each time i sever one a whole host of demons appear, and they seem to using an ability called "herbert?". I have seen Marilith's and a Balor use it so far, but all it seems to do is cast hold on the demon who uses it. It appears on screen like this:

    Korgan: Attacks Succubus
    Marilith: Herbert?
    Succubus: Attacks Korgan

    Is this some kind of in joke? Are Demons obsessed with people called Herbert? What does "Herbert?" do??

    mmmmmmmmmmmmm When i was playing nearly 50% of the NPCs that i have to fight said " For Matron Mother Tashia " anyone know of this anamoly in the game ???

    It is obivously a bug...Have either of you two tried installing the Official patch for ToB? You can find it here on SP. :thumb: :rolling:

    I have the patch. I have Ascension and Banterpack installed... are there any known conflicts?

    Weird text suggests end-user install issues. The best advice is to uninstall, then reinstall in the correct order. And make sure that the game or game editors are not running. ;)

    The correct install order is:

    - Game
    - Official Patch
    - Non-WeiDU mod (though there's no good ones to speak of)
    - WeiDU mods

    The Last time i played the game everybody says ( I finished it tonight ) " For Matron Mother Tashia " Evev Jeheira said it and my game do not have moods and it is patch !!! :(
