    Why does everyone fear vampires? Turn Undead at a high level combusts these guys.

    Because Athalon, you meet vampires and have to deal with them before you get to high levels....was that a rhetorical question? Excuse me while I state the obvious

    Oh.. well. Sorrrrryy. I just discovered that turning dead would combust undead. And I've beat the SoA 3 times and ToB 2 with the same character, so Im at a pretty high level now. lol. Then I just started using Turn Undead again, because before it just made the undead run away

    Vampires are super hard dude!! I didn't know Turn Undead blows em up. I thought vampires were vampires, not undead. They keep level draining my clerics so they can't cast Restoration. Then I have to waste money on priest to restore my Cleric's lvl. That is SUPER annoying.

    Vamp's can be hard if u not well equipped, i think the main reason that vamps are hard is the level drain. but if u have a weopon that gives negative plane protection (like my trusty spectral brand) then their pretty easy

    if you're really having a hard time with vamps, buy some protection from undead scrolls. They won't even see you, I used them in Bodhi's lair back in SoA, and the vamps didn't even see me, I could wack them mercyless and they just stood there
    super fun :D
