    Has anybody beaten the Improved Iyllich? Man.. it's hard with that demon and those spellcasters and that fallen deva.. tips please

    You need to draw them off one by one to thier deaths. And not just around the corner, around several so the others give up. I used the library myself. And make sure the fallen deva DOES NOT get summoned. Reload right there if that happens.

    Out of my league as well.
    All i can say is do as much of the dungeon as possible, get yoshimo and use all scrolls that can't be memozized in combat.
    Hit and run tactics.
    don't know what to say i haven't beaten him and probably never will.

    I've finally beaten them.. thanks to all those Shadow Thieves running around, I had like 15 invisbilty potions. I lured the golem and Glaberzu awayone by one, than had my Assasin go in first(in stealth), which made the wizard cast true seeing instead of summon deva. Then the rest charged in, and my assasin kept going invivsble and backstabbing with poisoned weapons.. whew that was hard, but well worth it..

    i never had the patience for anything that required me to load and save more than 11 times.

    Yeah but its worth it. What I did was have an assassin Backstab the mage, and a mage of mine cast offensive spells with splash damage. Then I just loosed all my arrows and ranged weapons.
