Installing mods in which order??

    [​IMG] Hey all!

    I took a year break from playing Baldur's Gate but now I have a craving for it again. I want to try some mods that I have never tried before, but I am not sure in which order to install them.
    Any help with be appreciated.

    Here are the mods that I have chosen to install:
    Dungeon BG
    Kivan
    G3 Anni
    ToD
    UB
    QP
    G3 Tweakpack
    kit rtt (not too sure about this one)
    Sword and Fist
    and any other suggested ones (Preferably tweaks)

    I would put the tweakpack at last, otherwise it seems fine. I don't know wich kits "kit rtt" adds. The G3 tweaks should be fine, but SimDing0 and igi has done some nice tweaks also.

    Isn't "kit rtt" Return To Trademeet kit pack? If that's so then I think that it fills all your free kit slots... it has some interesting kits to play though but if you have another mod that adds it's own kits you might experience some problems...

    yea it is Return to Trademeet kit pack, although I have decided not to use that one. Thanks again!

    (Edit: for a later date when I get used to the game again. Where would Improved anvil go in that list?)

    IA must be installed as the very last mod always. And if you ever want to add another mod, you must uninstall IA, install that mod and then re-install IA.

    In addition, IA is incompatible with many mods and components so check the installation file (found under documents) of the mod throughly.

    I followed the order of install but I am not given some of the quests early on like Kalah and What He Was Promised from UB! Any reason?

    Installed in this order:
    Dungeon-Be-Gone
    Kivan
    G3 Anni

    G3 Tweakpack

    Be sure that you have actually installed the mods correctly. Check your Weidu log file, it is a notepad file in BG2 directory and shows the mods and components you have installed in exact order.

    If it says you have installed UB by listing components from UB BUT you have not seen any new content in your game...well, that can be a bug or mod conflict. Uninstall and reinstall all your mods and try again. Sorry. :(

    I reinstalled UB and I have gotten the quests now. Just hope it doesn't mess my game up.
