Raising an eyebrow, Nyora replied..

"A task? Indeed, I would be very pleased to lend whatever aid necessary. What task must I perform?"

 

Seeing Nyora's willingness to perhaps take on a task with the wand as advance payment, Astrianna composed her thoughts and began to speak again. "The task required has yet to be determined. It is up to Alvernus to decide. He alone can decide what quest is proper for his own. I can assure you that it will be fair and within your range of talents. He will contact me when he needs the task done and I will summon you. If this is acceptable to you, you may leave with the wand."

 

Nyora, facing Astrianna, bowed her head and accepted the wand.

"I thank you, kindly for this opportunity. When you need me, I will most likely be at the Purple Worm."

Nyora headed toward the Purple Worm and entered when she arrived. She looked around to see if Verna and Naffin were still there.

 

Verna sees Nyora enter the tavern, and waves at her comrade. She notices the wand in her hand and raises an eyebrow.

 

Knowing that breast plate didn’t come in “one size fits all” , Olanth inquired about the the big and tall sizes available at the shop. After finding something suitable, and picking up a few more items he put some coins on the counter and began to pay. The process of paying for items (or lack of it in this case)made him think of the little rougue for some reason.

“Hmm…” he inquired, “You don’t happen to have any locks available for sale here do you ?” After being shown a few he decided to pick up one of the average ones. Not that it would do much good considering the thiefs more than ample skills, but it might come in handy for other things.

After completing his purchases, Olanth then returned to the Purple Worm to see what knorr had scratched up to eat and maybe have a few pints ale. (Ok,…. and “definitely” have a few pints of ale)
