[IMG] I've killed all three priestesses, finished all of Battle Squares and even gotten Nathaniel's Stuff. There was the Auril's Altar, which kept hitting me with Ice Storm so I left it alone. Now, when I go to Nathaniel, he says to destroy it and come back.

How do you destroy it? I referred to the walkthrough on SP, but it says to talk to the genie on the first level and get the 'Caged Fury' hint from him...but I dont get those dialogue choices at all.

Again, HOW do you destroy the altar?

Did you tick the genie off? There is one specific dialogue option about freeing him i think, then ask him about the name of this caged fury, and he should tell you, then go to the alter, speak its name, and get the hell outta there!

I think I ticked him off... I just went back to him to check, and he said nothing about any Caged Furies or anything...

    What do I do now?

Got a Paladin or Cleric? I think they can purify the Altar even without the hints--- at least, I got both options (use my clerical power, or call him by name).

And anyway, in order to get the hint from the Genie (and you shouldn't tick him off or insult him, or else he won't talk to you at all), I think you have to have talked to the White Aabishai behind the statue room (the one with the four statues of the priestesses and the lock/unlock device/altar). It tells you that there's some "force" controlling the minds of the Aabishai.

Then when you talk to the Genie about this force, I think you get the name "Caged Fury", and then when you talk to Nickademus about Caged Fury, you get the true name, which is what you have to know in order to "call it by its true name" which forces it to vacate the altar (thus "destroying" the altar).
