    Yeah I only bought this game because i thought there was mulitplayer...when i go to tcp/ip and then to join it brings up a box that says host or somthing and thats it...Is there even a multiplayer on this?? thanks alot

    I personally have never tried the multiplayer, so I can't help you with your problem, but I am pretty sure that there is multiplayer.

    Internet Play: TCP/IP
    Lan Play: IPX/SPX

    [​IMG] Wow, I thought all the newer games were going TCP/IP (transport, sometimes also called transmission, control protocol / internet protocol) for their local area networks (LAN). I think that Novel is the only system that uses IPX for their LAN. All the Microsoft stuff supports TCP/IP for their LANs and this support comes with 98, 2000 and XP Pro -- I don't know about the others except you can connect them to a server running the aforemented 3 or you can run them as equals (no server).
    If this is true, you have to buy a Novel network.

    Well.. maybe i just couldnt remember how the protocols works.. :p

    anyway.. never tried the multiplayer though..

    is it Lan or Internet play that you want?
