Hi all. If i have a skill that needed 15 dex and i get it, then i take that potion which increases WIS by reducing DEX does it remove my feat benefits? Also, I got a potion when I beat Sherincal which upped my spell resistance when i identified it. Is this random?Thx

The potion of spell resistence is not random, is part of the treasure for beat Sherincal.
And I donĀ“t know if you down your dex, one feat become useless,

If Dex drops below 15, Ambidexterity becomes inactive. If Dex drops below 13, Two-Weapon Fighting becomes inactive.

In both cases the feats still appear on the character's Skills & Feats Page, but you'll see the feat(s) are inactive by the negative change in the to-hit calculation on the Battle Details Page.

So, if you use the Potion of Holy Transference (-1 Dex, +2 Wis) on a 15 Dex character with Amidexterity, they'll "lose" Ambidexterity ... until you get to a level-up where you can add one back to Dex. Note that casting Cat's Grace is another (temporary) way to get the inactive feat functioning again.

(I just tested all this as my dual-wielding Paladin was facing the same dilemma.)

What about if my char has a ring with +1 to dex? Does that help?

No, at least it didn't work for me.
After the potion reduced my druid's 13 dex to 12, she wasn't able to use rapid shot anymore.
Just raise dex when you reach level 4,8,12 or 16 and drink the potion afterwards.
