CH 5: How do you make the Potion?

    I did a forum search and tried the advice given.

    I put wyvern stingers and mandrake on all the tables, nothing. I tried the Lever, nothing. i rested, waiting for the lever to be fixed, nothing.

    what now? do i need it? can i get beyond the 3rd level? All the doors are locked.

    Have you spoken to Nheeru about successfully gaining possession of the modified mandrake root? Until he gives you the quest to make the fake histachii potion, the alchemist will not show up to repair the levers.

    Once the alchemist shows up, you can get him to throw the lever or, if you have an 15+ alchemy, you can throw the lever yourself.

    ok, found neehru... my bad.

    talked to him, updated my journal several times.

    talked to other prisoner, sent him down to nathanial.

    went down to lab rested 2 times.

    lever still does not work, nor any action on the tables w/ mandrake and stingers. nathanial has not seen an prisoners i sent him.

    am i an idiot?

    Once you have the modified root (and it has to be in your inventory-not left on level 2 on the table like I did my first time through) talk to Nheero and you will get the quest to make the modified brew, which at that point the alchemist should be down in his lab and the lever is fixed and you can make the wyvern poison and the brew...

    Nathaniel is not Nathaniel, he is a Rakasha and he is eating the prisoners you sent to him... Take him out, too bad you don't get any of his stuff when you kill him.

    i talked to Neehru and no quest... i have the mandrake in my pocket.

    he did say something about "Serendipity!...after Transmformation i will meet u in the library, Give me a few Hours" after i told him about the library. my response was: "Understood, farewell", there were two other response options.

    does it matter that i use a Paladin to talk to him?

    no neehru in library. he is still in prison.

    Anyone Help?!
