My favorite quest was, above all, the Kangaxx quest. I found the battle with him to be by far the most challenging of all. (much harder than Irenicus, he sucked), that is until I discovered that protection from magic scrolls make him harmless. But, in the 10 or so tries I made to kill him the hard way I found myself enjoying the game very much. I don't know about you, but I love difficult battles; they are my favorite part of the game. :)

I enjoy difficult battles also, beause you know that your going to get something well worth the effort, money, glory, XP or some dark mysterious magical item.
Slaver Lords isn't really a quest. But its well worth it, not that hard though.

My favorite has to have been the last quest for Bohdi - directed to take out the head of the thieves guild, and entered it with three mages of 12th level or higher, two priests of 14th level, and Korgan using the flaming axe in one hand, and the frost on in the other - it was a blast letting the mages use area effect spells at will, the preist bringing in pit fiends in the lunchroom, and Korgan chopping anything that came close into hamburger. It just captured my view of what a pissed off evil wizard would be like. The only problem is that by rights thier destruction should have leveled the docks district.

My favorite spot has to be the Umar Hills / Shadow Dungeon storyline.

I love the quaintness of the town and the fear of the people. I felt like a hero coming back.

The shadow dungeon also was great. It had puzzles and some great battles. It was my first encounter with a dragon so it sticks out.

    That's my take.

[IMG] I guess im kinda split between Ust natha (the drow city) and the Spellhold Dungeon, they're probably my favourites as Ust Natha has a real sense of other-worldlyness (if you know what I mean ;) ) and the spell-hold Dungeon for the sinister atmosphere about the place.)

I like the HQ of the Order of The Radiant Heart coz it looked real grand.. the floors were damn shiny.. though it didnt reflect the NPCs...

Spellhold is damn realistic... the cells... Lonk... the crazies...

I'd have to say the Underdark. I've always wished I would somehow be able to actually *see* a drow city. But I also like the whole abyss setting. Very submissive. Come to think of it, I like dark places...

[IMG] I would have to say the planer sphere & spellhold. The planer sphere for its mysterious "how the hell do i get out of here" feeling.

Spellhold for the real D&D feel and the great movie when you first get there.

I liked the windspear hills and the search for Firkraag best. I played as an undead hunter, and kicked butt. I felt inhuman.

    Underdark.
Great quests. Variety of tough monsters. Cool locales.
