    these items are
    Black/Iron Ward Stone and Wooly Spider Body

    Black/Iron Ward Stone -> Opens the door to the next level.

    Wooly Spider Body -> A more or less friendly goblin would love to eat that and give you passwort in exchange, which you don't need anymore, because you went the other way.
